Who We Are

This privacy policy applies to all websites and services operated by Top Digital Skills Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. This includes topdigitalskills.com, theairprotocol.com, aipanicprotocol.com, and thebounce.ai.

What Data We Collect

• Assessment responses: Collected anonymously. No personal information is required to complete an assessment.
• Email addresses: Collected only when you voluntarily provide them (e.g., to receive your assessment results by email).
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
• Analytics data: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our sites. This collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited and time on site.
• Cookies: Minimal use. Only those required by Google Analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Saved Tool Results

Our free tools work with no email address, and nothing you type is stored until you choose “Save this result”. When you do, we store your email address, your first name if you give one, the values you entered, and the result we calculated from them. We use that to email you the private link to your saved results and, if you ask us to, to help you act on what the result shows. Anyone holding that link can read every result saved under the same email address. To have it deleted, email admin@topdigitalskills.com from the address you saved with: deletion removes the saved tool results and, if that contact has no other records with us, the contact itself. If it does have other records, only the tool results are removed.

How We Use Your Data

• To deliver and improve our assessment tools and services
• To send you emails you have requested (e.g., assessment results)
• To process payments for coaching sessions and digital products
• To understand how our sites are used and improve them

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business, in these categories: payment processing, database and website hosting, website analytics, email delivery, and AI assistants that help us review assessment and Scan results and prepare follow-up. An assistant reads results only through a read-only connection we control and can switch off, and no one is contacted without a person approving the message first.

Data Retention

• Assessment data: Retained indefinitely in anonymized form for service improvement.
• Email addresses: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@topdigitalskills.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
